Droplet scaling state for binary fluids

There are a number of physical phenomena (e.g. compoition dependent mobilities) that cause a 50%-50% binary mixture to decompose into a droplet state. Such a droplet state will then remain a droplet state under phase ordering in the viscous growth regime. In the inertial growth regime it will recover a symmetric scaling state.
